LA Community Health Project

LA Community Health Project is a public health program that aims to improve the health and well being of people affected by drug use in Los Angeles. CHP increases access to quality healthcare, provides relevant accurate health education for service providers and participants, and empowers people to protect themselves and educate each other to reduce harm in our communities. CHP combines direct services, advocacy, outreach, education, and research collaborations to fulfill this mission. Community Health Project, which was originally called Clean Needles Now, has served thousands of people each year since it was founded in 1992.
