ITC launched "SPARK," an on-campus, after-school program at Griffin Avenue Elementary in October 2015. ITC's goal for the 2016 - 2017 school year is to serve forty students from the 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades.

SPARK provides a well-rounded structure and curriculum that emphasizes mastery of the fundamentals–reading, writing, and arithmetic. The program content and low staff-to-student ratio are critical to providing necessary individualized attention: 90% of the students currently enrolled are below national benchmarks. SPARK aims to help participants reach grade level proficiency, and develop literate, critical, comprehensive thinkers and learners into the future. SPARK operates daily, from the end of the school day until 5:30pm.
