Return Policy
Every item in our catalogs comes with Jack's Bait and Tackle's 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item as long as it's within 30 days of purchase.
Simply fill out the return form on the Packing List included with your order. Use the return shipping label provided and send the package UPS ground or US Postal Service parcel post. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted. Send Returns and Exchanges to:

If the package was damaged in shipment, is a perishable item, or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call at 718-885-2042 or contact us by e-mail at jacksbait@aol.com before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed.
The returns department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.
All items advertised are warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials. These types of defects will generally appear within the first year to a year and a half of use.
At times, manufacturer warranties, received with the product, will override our own. In any case, unless otherwise specified, the item must be returned for our inspection.
